3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

We accept payments via PhonePe and other supported payment methods. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway. whizzmart is not responsible for any failures or delays caused by the payment gateway provider.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred on your account, please contact us immediately at support@whizzmart.com. We will investigate and respond within 5–7 business days. For disputes raised through your bank or payment provider, we will cooperate fully to resolve the matter. Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in account suspension and legal action.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting support@whizzmart.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our return process.
